Looked like Seattle maybe.. ?

Lol @ that last dude being close to my dad age sayin he's gonna "sock" the camera man.
Haven't heard that since middle school.

Can he really just record without consent, with no ramifications? I know when those prank videos are made, the pranksters usually ask for the consent of those being recorded. I guess that's why I presumed there was some sort penalty someone could face for doing this.

Definitely looked like it to me around 8:00.

Son really singles out the ppl that'll give him the best reactions. 2nd dude had me  He went from 1 to 100 easily. "Sup bro" to "Get the **** out of here. You're a jerk." I gotta assume thing guy looks like the goober dude

These ppl are insanely violent. Personal space and privacy invaded or not.

I came in here expecting this to be those white guy or guys that like to purposely brandish their firearms and when the police show up shout their rights and articles of the constitution and laws passed stating they're allowed to do what they're doing

I guess the difference between the pranksters and him is they are being paid and need to get a release in order to post it. The prank gets popular enough that is your image out there for the world to see, if they are eating off of making you look stupid I'm sure you would want to sue. It seems like he is just a regular old joe doing dumb **** to get a reaction. What can you do to him after it is out?

I truly don't understand the point in this, roaming the streets all hours of the day and night just to do this. People have too much time on their hands. And for those saying people get mad really quick, just imagine if your are out shopping , eating, or just chillin and someone just starts recording you. After you ask politely for them to stop and they keep doing it. YOur not going to just resume what you were doing, it will piss you off and then you will physcially get him to stop. Whether it is taking his camera or punching him out.

I get this crazy dude's point though  He's just doing a longer version of what ppl do when they take pictures or video of a friend or family member and other ppl happen to also be in the pic/vid. You don't need permission from ppl to do that. So he gets his little surveillance theme cuz most ppl are unaware or fine with those type of cameras.

I think he'd make a bit more sense if he was just doing surveillance but he's really committing to it since surveillance cameras don't let you know they're surveilling so to speak

With that said this **** is hilarious

 That ol raggedy thing was ready to "party" for $10

lmao

yoooo, this is so cringe worthy. I had to fast forward on some of them because the cringe was too much for me to handle.

Also, it's not illegal to film in public or take photographs. I forget how the law goes, but theres nothing you can do. Only if it's in a private place, then you can sue, but not in public.

Seems like this dude goes to the place where elderly Asians congregate in every video.
