I see what you're talking about. From the pictures the black looks a little faded but someone who has that would have to confirm. It doesn't look like last years black flyknit or even the rose gold black flyknit.

Oh ok, that makes even more sense. Maybe the glue backing is causing a sheen when people take pictures.
I honestly think its the glue backing that they use that you are seeing. I don't know the black pair that I got looked just like the rose golds up close.

From Malstrafs pic, it is the glare that is giving that appearance. The shine.

Saw the Drill Sergeant's in person. It's a nice looking shoe, the only thing that ruins them is the orange. They should of used a silver swoosh and silver flywire and they would've been killer.

Your lucky, every Nike order I've had to submit a claim with Ebates, regardless of ordering through the app, went through the website, and used the cash back button on Chrome toolbar.
Sidenote, that Amnesty iD pair came out nice @Mastralf

I was about to buy them because they match Virginia Tech colors, but most of the clothes I have are a faded orange that wouldn't look right with them.

Had to return my ID's so I have some money for some kicks. I'm deciding what to do here and I honestly don't know lol. I know people are going to say do what makes you happy but I basically got a $350 budget.
Heres my internal debate so far. What option would you guys choose?
1) Buy a second pair of Rose Golds and Kyrie USA
2) Double up on Showtime Kobe 9's and Kyries USA
3) Track down some Kobe 9 Christmas (Ive recently had a turn on them and am mad I didn't pick up for retail back then)
4) Look for something on ebay.
Normally I wouldn't post something like this but its a slow thread and it is on topic of shoes lol.
