Sucks we won't see Kobe playing the rest of the season most likely. Torn rotator cuff now.

It hurts me to say this but it may be time for kobe to retire. Hate to see him go out like this. Hopefully he gets more help so he can at least make one final run at chip.

Of course this happens one week before the trip I'm taking to LA to see Lakers/Bulls. Main reason was to see Kobe. Hope he has one more year in him too.

Were you 8s and 9s TTS for you? Or did you go .5 up on those? Trying to get a good reference. I went .5 up on EMs because my two outer toes felt like they were "riding" the top of the insole. Went .5 up on the Elites. And while I never purchased the highs, when I tried them of for S&Gs, TTS felt like they fit well.

No way though he will go out like this. He'll be back next season for sure. It sucks that he won't be able to be play every game like he used to though.

It won't be delayed and should still be easy to sell, Kobe didn't wear the IX until this season and sales were fine.

Depending on how bad the torn rotator cuff is he may just need to rehab and get therapy for it, and surgery isn't necessary. Probably a good chance he'll sit out the rest of the season now, but it's not as bad as the Achilles or knee issues he's had. This current season's a lost cause anyway, so it's not like he has any reason to rush back.
I don't think this will affect the Xs, other than us waiting longer before we see him playing in them.

Glad the ASGs don't come with the stitches. I'm guessing to represent the stitches from Achilles injury, as others have suggested. IMO, it makes more sense to put the stitches on one shoe compared to both, as they did with the 9. He did injure only leg. Someone stated the stitch pattern may be considered a nice touch down the line.
