Game says Dr. Dre and Pharrell are among the producers helping him on "Documentary 2."

Game's first edition of The Documentary was both critically acclaimed and sold well. The Compton rapper's third album helped garner him national attention while placing him as a West Coast savior during the mid-2000s.

While talking to North Carolina's Power 98 during the 2015 BET Awards, Game announced the producers he's working with for the album's sequel. And it's a laundry list of well-respected beatsmiths who've been around Hip Hop for a while.

"It's a follow up of my first album," he said when asked about what he's working on next. "It's going to be classic. Shoutout to all the producers who helped me with it: Dr. Dre, Pharrell, Swizz Beats, Timbaland, DJ Premier, Alchemist, Scott Storch."

The Game also says the album is slated for August but didn't offer a specific release date. Many of the producers he announced to be on Documentary 2 were on the first.

Depends on what type of music you're looking for man. Compton AV is a great up and comer. More of the gang bangin type of raps.  Nipsey is ok.  Was definitely better when he first started out as opposed to now.  Check out his Bullet's Ain't Got No Names mixtapes.  Same goes for K. Dot.  Good Kid Mad City was dope though.  Jay Rock is really raw.  Was the first to come out of that TDE camp.  G. Malone is pretty dope.

Problem tends to make a lot of 'Thot-ish' type of music but it bangs, lol.  You should look into Skeme from Inglewood.

Appreciate that. Now that you mention it, I think I heard some of them in a BET cypher. From what I heard some of those dudes were nice.
