Does anyone know about the collab between game and ed sheeran? Is there a thread for that? I remember it was announced like over a year ago but I haven't heard anything since.

Game mentioned that it was going to be a joint album. Doubt it will see the light of day considering how big and the type of audience Ed Sheeran appeals to.

Nothin to do with soft or hard, he's always been an emotive type rapper, start from scratch, my life, one night, ol English, even dedicated all those type, all u got is ed on the guitar and singing..
Real game fans know that's why we relate to him so much

General concencus is that JP is the weakest
LAX is a great album. Almost classic. So many great songs on there. LAX Files is better than every song on JP as are Dope Boyz, My Life, Let Us Live, Money & Letter To The King imo
JP had a lot of good songs but no real great ones to be good enough to be in Game's top 20

Yeah they worked on a joint album.
Both Ed and Game have talked about it in interviews and say they want to put it out.
Ed said in an interview that Game is his favourite rapper and always wanted to work with him.
He said he'd want it out after his next album
Game recently said that they want to put it out at some point but both are busy with their own albums right now

Most def not the general consensus. Jesus piece was better than both red and lax. Lax was kinda all over the pace as was red. Jp was a great concept album only knock on it was features

Listening to doc and doc adv and I gotta say da is better imo.
Doc was more geared for commercial success with alot of bangers, anthems, type songs. Although start frm scratch is prob my fave game track all time
Da really showed who game was at the time. All the hardships, falling out with dre, 50, his brother, etc. You could feel his emotion and passion thru the music. And it had alot more of a Westcoast sound to it.
Both great for diff reasons but I gotta go with da over doc just cuz he had no help and was being counted out by many

Have to disagree with you there. General concensus amongst Game fans and hiphop fans in general is that LAX > RED
Even the interview with sway, sway said that your first 3 albums were great and RED was dope but JP flopped in terms of reception
JP was good but its the least Game sounding album and has no cohesiveness. LAX is great from start to finish and Big Dreams is top 10 Game song. Letter To The King is a masterpiece as are LAX Files, My Life, Let Us Live etc
JP has a lot of good songs but only 2 great ones
DA> The Doc > LAX >>>>JP > RED
Doc 2 will be the 3rd best easily

He was most def referring to sales when he said that. Nothing to do with the actual music. Sway himself said red was great way back when game stopped by mtv to promote Jesus piece

Jp was prob his most cohesive project.
Big dreams was on the deluxe...
Letter to the king is not that amazing, I can name about 10 tracks or more that are better
lax files is prob his best intro to an album beside Westside story but still there's 4-5 filler tracks on lax
Agree to disagree but I know a lot of ppl personally who love jp and only remember lax for my life
And ill leave this Here "gave u documentary, **** was a classic, gave u da, u ripped it out the package, came with lax, critics said it was average"..

LAX is trash, outside of 3-4 songs. Wish I never bought it or heard it.
RED is cool. Album is too long and has too much filler. Another problem was he had mad unreleased music and mix tapes around this time that were better. I stil like the album though.
People consider that Year of the Wolf his album. Not sure why he put that trash out. Don't want to hear it called a compilation album because all his albums are compilations.
Jesu Piece might be my favorite album of his. Flowed perfectly, no real filler and I liked the production. Game's beats are always hit or miss with me.
