When I'm in the car, k dot's latest and Cole are the last rappers I want to listen to. Doesn't mean I don't like them because I'll listen to them in my headphones or if I'm chillin at the house but their music isn't the type I want to listen to while I'm driving. Sort of difficult to explain why but I understand why some call them boring.

im beyond hype for this album. Still holding out from listening to it until Friday.

Kinda generalizing :lol: I don't personally find him boring, but when somebody does, I can definitely see how. He just doesn't have a booming personality, and a lot of his beats definitely leave a lot to be desired (though he does have a lot of good ones on his last album, which surprised me). Would be nice if he at least had half his album produced by other people who would probably fit him (ALC, 9th Wonder, Jake One, Khrysis, Nottz).

Can't wait to get this album. Waiting on the 16th though.

Not saying anything wrong with other music, I like to bump certain new stuff when turning up but it seems like majority if it has become the same stuff over and over. These one hit wonders who have nothing more to say. It's cool not knocking their hustle but I like substance more so and u don't get alot of that nowadays compared to 15 20 years ago.

Music changes with the times and these kids can listen to their trap stuff all day, good for them. No problem but when they start saying that the actually talented and refreshing artists are boring I gotta respond

Cole might be boring if ur turning up on the way to the club but whatever he's saying has more meaning value and substance than some guy wearing women's clothes, watching gay porn in the studio rapping bout his male lovers and smoking penises

Sorry for hijacking the game thread just wanted to respond.

Back to doc2. Couple songs in the middle of the album are decent, not my cup of tea but album flows well. Really looking fwd to disc 2
 
Tdoc2 was saying the joint with wayne is one of games best verses ever so I def wanna hear that.

And seems like it will have less features on it as well

Was hoping he would debut at number 1. Just found out Selena Gomez is dropping the 9th aswell. Also, 4 more albums drop the 16th (pop acts)
 
I don't get why yall care so much bout that lol.

We got blessed with a solid album atleast the 1st disc besides game who cares if pop stars are dropping the same day...as if a gangster is gonna see that Selena album is dropping and he'll buy that instead of games..

That wasn't the point lol. Just meant most of teens females are going to buy her cd therefore Game might not have number 1 album. Most of his album debut number 1. Would like this one to continue that trend, that's all.

Who really cares if a Disney pop star outsells him. If it was other rappers then sure but the taylors, selena, biebs always gon outsell any and everybody
