Quik's Groove sounds just like a Quik track from the lyrics to the impersonation. Game not only pays homage to artists, he's very knowledgeable about the genre in general.
 
Glad to hear good stuff from disc 2. I was kinda worried about it. So from those who listen to both disc, which do you like better? Haven't heard disc 2 yet, however, I really like disc 1.

He has always been that way. He really uses alot of classic songs as samples. Dude is a quintessential mc

Disc 1 is nice but disc 2 is much better is that really westcoast album sound since '06 the doctors advocate
 
I enjoy more tracks from disc 1 than disc 2.
D1 sounds like a polished lp D2 sounds like a fya mixtape for the most part.
D1 bring back alot of classic vibes D2 is more wess wess yall.
Dude definately delivered. No real drop off from d1 to 2 ( judging from some
of these comments, someppl prefer 2 over 1). All that means is Jaceyon did
his dam thang.

Have both of the discs leaked with the right songs & tracklisting? Cause i had disc 1 but it had 2 songs both called The Documentary 2...i knew i had some messed up ish lol

Seen Game album in stores today btw. If i like it imma cop both discs next week
 
Dej Loaf on Step Up...unnecessary.

The chick singing at the end of Dedicated...unnecessary. 

The hook on LA...horrible.

This guy really opened an album with a skit talking about 50?  These dudes need to make up already.

The last minute of The Ghetto...unnecessary.

these things barely even make the album worse. and nah The Documentary 1 sounds dusty compared to this album. i'm past his first album, and i think people need to accept change and move on.
