French Blue Air Jordan 7 Retro for 2015 (01/24/15 $190)

i tried on my pair. they fit true for me. if i half down i know my foot will be locked down well but only because they cant breathe.
dudes should take this weekend to try on these to get an idea how the rest will fit imo
LOL Yeah, I don't get why guys wanna choke their feet and grow fungus.

Battle between Red or Blue. Take your pick. Cardinals is the same deal just hits of Red.

Besides this is the Winter still. They are releasing them as part of their Winter line.  Notice how the Summertime it drops the Red colorway signifying the change of seasons. (Bred 1 low, Hare 7's, etc)

Easy cop on Ndc. I wish i could hit the HOH without a raffle or a ticket though. 0 I miss the good ol days.[emoji]128532[/emoji]

I like the Columbia 4's and 11's  a lot better than this shoe. Not sure why what someone likes style wise makes them a hypebeast etc. That being said, i'm glad the people who wanted these were able to get them so easily. Looking forward to those Oreo 4's!

Do people know what a flop is?  A flop is when JB pumps out pathetic colorways.   This colorway is clean on many levels and it's part of the remasters.  They way it's selling is good for 'everyone'!!  Slowly but surely the sizes are being gobbled up off the sites like NDC.  If they had made a pair of toddlers, I'd cop as well.  I suspect this being a GR actually had more quantity than the LS tag on the NAVY IVs?

I created an account just to see why this release was so easy to cop. I was completely shocked to see they went straight to the cart. this is a classic color way and i don't understand why people do not like them.

BTW: I've been a Jordan Junky for years, pretty much my entire life and these were popular the last time they were released.

My only complaint about the shoe is...the box.  That box is flimsy as hell.  The prices keep going up, and they keep downgrading the quality.  It was a snow/rain mixture on my way home and some raindrops hit the box, and the spots where it hit made the cardboard bubble like cheap construction paper.  Other than that, I have no complaints.  The university blue is slightly more vibrant compared to the '02 pair.  They're dope af, and they'll go sick with a Rays jersey in the summertime.  I have 0 complaints about the overall makeup of the shoe itself.

There are toddler sizes as well, they made em all the way down to crib sizes.

They were both GRs to my understanding, the 'LS' on the 4s stands for life style. Designed more for casual use vs performance.

And I agree.. I'm confused as to what some consider a flop, taking a few extra days to sell out at 190 a pop?

Honestly, I don't even think they were mass produced.  I think the same production numbers were made for these, just not all stores got them.  I checked the launch locator on FtL and three spots by me that normally get the general stuff, didn't get these: Downtown Newark, Irvington Center, and in East Orange.  I also think Newport in JC didn't get them either, but other than that, I don't think they were mass produced.  I think pairs were allocated to other spots, and like said above, $190, after dropping $200 for Columbia XI's just a mere month ago, and then another $190 for Columbia 4's a couple of weeks ago, then $240 for the aqua Foams in two weeks...man Nike/JB is killing wallets right now, so people probably figured, they'll let these go by.  No to mention all the BHM colorways that dropped.  It's understanding, but I wouldn't generally consider these a flop either.  Personally, I miss the good ol days of being able to strike gold in outlets, and some low key spots for stuff.  Less headache, and more relaxation, but that's too much to ask for nowadays I see.

I love the shoe, I missed them in '02 when I was a senior in high school. I just always thought the cw was so clean. I've bought a few blue/white j's in the last year and that didn't deter me from purchasing these. Neither did the price tag. I buy what I like, and I wear them all. Hopefully later today I can put up some comparison pics.

I accidentally missed the early pick up window for my pair at HoH which was supposed to be at 6pm but they changed it to 4pm? I was busy taking my mother out for dinner to celebrate her birthday, I'm glad I was able to go into my local Champ's and pick up mu size 13 pair around 5pmish without any issue's.

I hope this continues at least for the majority of releases if not all.

cardinals woulda probably sold well. i would have most likely grabbed a pair had it been cardinals. both these and the 4s a couple weeks back were easy passes.

The Cardinals sat both times they retroed. They were the slowest moving of the og colorways. I think the hares might have moved better though.

Mark my words: I believe the shoe game will be almost back to normal by 2016.

I agree, the prices are too high for resellers to make a profit. Of course limited releases will still be hard but limited releases were always harder, even then.

The dudes complaining had no intent on purchasing tho. Same as the ones actn like a $20 price increase is going to put them in debt so they simply had to pass.

I did not purchase but am glad they were easily attainable. If I can get them down the line for a good price I might. But with the price increase it is over 200 with tax for me in CT. While it doesn't break the bank that 200 number really makes me think if I want the shoes bad enough to buy them.

Just read through the last 15 pages or so, happy to see that everyone had it as easy as me yesterday. We were all right that these would be an easy cop, just like the Columbia lV's two weeks ago. Anyone saying that these are a flop or that they're sitting is just another person who overuses the terms. :smh: Come back to me in three to four months, if these shoes are still easily available in stores and have hit discount (Crimson 3's, Joker 1's) That's what real sitting and flopping is, where Nike creates something so terrible that they damn near have to give their shoes away.

Mall yesterday morning at 8:45. Easy cop just like everyone else. Woke up late, drove to the mall to see what was good, and wasn't surprised to get my pair. Threw em on a bit later for some quick pics.

I like the new box well enough. Not a major fan or hater of it I suppose. Simple and clean. The paper covered with 23's is :smokin though.
I usually don't buy that much apparel for releases. But this shoe had some great stuff I thought. Only ended up purchasing the socks (Which is the one piece of apparel that I buy on a regular basis during releases) but there were two pairs of shorts and a shirt I saw that I liked as well. Only held back because I did accomplish my goal and buy a new car, as well as hit the strip club yesterday night with the boys. So it's been an expensive weekend. This weekend in fact may throw me off some of the releases next month depending on how quickly I recover from it. But overall i'm happy with it. Nice pair of shoes that i've wanted for a while, with no hassle. New car that i've needed for a while. And the chance to go wild and crazy with some friends while we're still young and able to do so. Hope everyone else has had a great weekend too, and that they don't regret anything.

As many know, i'm not a major quality control guy, but I think the quality on these is great, with them feeling just as soft as the Columbia lV's, and therefore being a step up from the previous Vll's that have come out recently. Not saying I think it then justify's the "Remastered" pricing, but the quality has improved in my opinion. :nthat:

Was able to pick up 8pm last night, got them with gift card so it was under retail for me

I was in middle school when these released in 2002 and there was no way my parents were buying them for me, so I justify the price paid with the nostalgia of not having them at the time lol.

I had these in the black/red colorway first day of school in 6th grade, thaat would be September of 94, nostalgia did it for me as well, along with them being remastered. Did these sellout yet?
