French Blue Air Jordan 7 Retro for 2015 (01/24/15 $190)

Looks good. Gonna have to see them "in hand" to justify the remastering once the official ones drop. Since its not an OG colorway, the quality on these would just have to blow me out of the water for me to cop. #teamog
 
^ At the VERY best, they look like how they looked the first time. Not nitpicking at all, but even these seem a little off.
 
Anyone knows where to get  quality plain laces like this? without laced up lace tips or anything like that?
 
These are terrible, 02's were terrible too. I guess for me you gotta go back to 92 for 7's. Retro never gottem right.

We're talking about French Blue's in particular man, not original colorways of VII's.
 
Not talking about colorways, I'm talkin about shape. And all retro 7's, including frenchy's, shapes are outta whack.

I think we can all agree on that. It's not exactly breaking news man. This board has BEEN complaining about the shapes of newer retros. I thought we were past all that? It's expected at this point.

JB reignited the flames by announcing this new remastering project. They are the ones claiming the shape will be close to the OG's when all the evidence, so far, points to the contrary.

I know, I've been watching. It's a gimmick and I don't buy it.

the funny thing is they make 9s shape almost exactly like that now days.... why can't they just do things right man. I love 9s and probably would have copped barons if the 9 model wasn't so jacked up right now

I wanted some French blues VII's like two months ago so I took to eBay. After eyeing a pair of DMP's and some other listings I came to a conclusion that resellers are herbs :lol: have you seen all them DMP's French Blues rot on ebay as of late. What's a fair price for them anyhow?

Always knew I had to save up for the year of the 6 & 7 and we'er finally in the middle of it all. Can't wait for these
 
i cant den it, these and the raptors are my favorite 7s. i hope they look good in person.
