Jordan Brand will be remastering (building better quality shoes) starting in 2015

No genius he feels like he has someone on his side now... And me chiming in from my angle is "Complaning" and "Lame".. Right... He has already been shut down and you just shut yourself down!
Dude...the only one shut down is you, because you fail at understanding basic economics.

14-29 imo wont be that popular.

havent seen no 14 love so far. if the xiv suedes take a few hours to sellout its a done deal on putting that   off the map.
agreed.. i was shocked when last shots released that those sat for a few weeks ..

Of all the possible post 14 retros. The 16s far and away have the best chance of selling out within a week, maybe weekend. Especially the OG Blk/Red pair

I lived in the DMV when they dropped, and people made just as big a deal about them, as they did with the 11 retros.

Yup....14's just dont get it done for a lot of people. That's why I'm saying that retroing the later models will not result in instant sell outs. They'll sit.

the return of visible air unit was a good look

Realizing $200-$300 retail for a Jordan retro is entirely too much has nothing to do with understanding basic economics... And a good reason 16s 17s 18's might actually sit would be the retail price for them! Like I keep saying todays retros are the same prices those models were when they were new! So with the retros 1-14 being that much and going up the 15-23 are more than likely going to be $250 and up! That will most likely keep them on the shelves longer!

What other Jordans were releasing around that time tho??? Yall dont take every possibilty into consideration!!!
The people dont always have to have a new J every weekend tho. I could see if it hadnt been a good 2 months since a decent release had come out as questioning it. The 14 is one of those shoes where you have to be a true enthusiast to appreciate imo

retro jordans 1-13 sell out every weekend.. regardless of whats releasing.. my god if bobcat 10's sell out and venom green 10's sell out then damn jordan 14 last shots, the last pair of shoes jordan wore on court in a bulls uniform, with the famous shot over byron russell should sell out!

I get that they dont have to but a lot do! Especially the younger fans of the shoe!  I know quite a few young guys that actually buy every retro release! I'm also pretty sure around that time JB released a few more popular retros that had something to do with the "less popular" Last Shots lasting a little longer on shelves!

They did sell out in some places I'm sure... just like I'm sure bobcats DIDN'T sell out in some places!

You guys are crazy if you dont like 14s. They are such a clean shoe

I shouldn't have sold my pair of linens. They were vnds and i sold them for $75 [emoji]128546[/emoji]
I like 14's sort of. Everything with the shoe looks great to me except the two awkward midsole pieces that creep up on the outer part of the toe box. Especially the second, larger one that curves forward. I just don't get that part at all. And the tongue...I'm not crazy about that either. But the overall shape is really clean. And I like a lot of the colorblocking.

You are referring to the "shark teeth" (look it up) and the 14 would look awkward without them!

those serve a function beyond aesthetics. they are meant to provide additional support for when ballers cut to either side or back. the stress is shared more on the midsole material that way rather than just the upper. it wasn't new to the 14, have a closer look at 9's. they have the same thing.

The 14's are beyond dope. They are easily in the top 3 in the entire Air Jordan line in terms of performance on court (speaking to the OG's). The "shark teeth" were also used back on the Air Jordan 9, but the set up on the 14's is such that it really holds your foot in place on lateral moves, better than any other Air Jordan shoe before it.

Some colorways are way better than others for sure, but the shoe represents EXACTLY what an Air Jordan shoe should be : A top level on court shoe that performs like it's concept : the Maranello 550 Ferrari.

That's what they wanted the teeth to do, but they failed pretty bad. They started separating from the toe box pretty quick after some court action, I played in two of the OGs back in high school.

True.

I still wear a pair of 1999 samples.
