During the review order and submit order screens their system sometimes changes your phone number on the shipping info or your font on address or name. That not matching your billing info or vice versa with shipping info is enough for their system to block your transaction. Its stupid but that is what is ultimately going on.

With your tips, i think i realized why i kept getting denied i looked up my account. I didnt have a billing address just a shipping address, i hope this correction works for future releases
