Need help trying to fix my retro 4's

I've had a pair of retro 4 "toro bravo" for like a year now . Some spots on the sneaker are turning like a lighter shade of red , I'm thinking its cause of me getting caught in the rain sometimes and cleaning them with water . Are there any ways I can fix them without sending them to a professional ? Also , the paint on the side from creasing is chipping . What should I do about that ?
