You should try lay rite (yellow), suavecito(og), devils pomade, or Js sloan based on hair type.

Anyone in here use Uppercut? I use Suavecito right now but I like to try new stuff. Is it any good?

Uppercut is good but I found myself having to use a bit more of it to get the same I could get from suavecito in regards to hold. I've tried quite a few theres a pic buried in this thread with all the brands i've tried. Are you looking only for water based products? Have you tried Layrite? its $5 more than suavecito and achieves a longer better hold.

Water based I guess. Suavecito is the first real pomade I've tried, everything else I've tried was some axe and old spice junk.

Man I am so pissed right now. Barber I normally go to yesterday was busy, he has 2 other guys working in his shop. One other dude has cut my hair before and did a good job but he was busy as well. So I end up getting cut by the 3rd guy. Tell him straight up to give me and undercut, not cut the top of my hair, and taper the sides. Dude just gives me a ******* fade, and before I can catch him going up further than my undercut he has already taken out a chunk of hair on the side >: Seriously set back me being able to grow my hair out properly for an undercut with the top tied in a knot in the back by at least 6 months.
On top of that now I have a damn fade with the top of my hair having about 6 inches of hair in the middle and getting shorter as it gets to the side, looks like absolute **** in anything but a side part.

Bought some of that matte separation wax online from FragranceNet after searching all over and not finding it. They had it for $10 and some change.

Anyone else been growing their hair out? It's been rough. It kinda looks like a mullet right now and I look fobby. I don't like using hair glue in it to fix it when I go out. Glad it's getting colder so I can wear beanies.
