Adidas ZX FLUX 2014

I just got a call from the Adidas store manager asking my size.

I am now reserved to pick up a 10.5 after 5:00 tomorrow or Tues morning.

I can only get one pair though, but he said they have plenty of 10.5.

That means he actually has stock in, but is not releasing until tomorrow.

How else would he know he has plenty of 10.5.

I was just at the store yesterday and they added me to a waiting list .

This release is crazy.  Adidas is really trolling their customers.

It's like they are trying to take you through an emotional rollercoaster

so you will become more attached to their brand.

By the way this is the Adidas store in Lenox Square Mall  (ATL)
 
I wonder if adidas sf will drop them tomorrow too. If somebody calls let me know , I'm at work right now and can't call until my break
 
Something else that I noticed while I was at the store yesterday was how bare it was.

Adidas actually has some nice colorways and decent models, but non were present at the store.

Lenox Square is one of the top tier malls in Atlanta so why would they not keep it stocked?

If they want people to respect the brand they need to at least respect themselves.

They should always have a display model so you have an idea of what they carry.

They had the other two Xeno models behind a glass case, but the zx flux was no where to be seen.

So the casual customer wouldn't even know the model exists in that colorway.
 
I wouldn't matter anyway cause they casual customer isn't going to get them and they shouldn't imo...casual customer has plenty of gr's to choose from

It's good for us because the less people who realize the zenos exist the less people who attempt to get them
 
My point was lately Adidas has been trying to draw attention to the brand.

The Xeno pack and Yeezy dropping all star weekend was big for them.

Not everyone would be able to cop, but Adidas should have seen an increase in foot

traffic in their store with people inquiring.

How could you not be prepared for that?
 
Footlocker sent an IG posting to followers saying certain stores will get them....NONE of the stores got them funny thing is they had them during allstar weekend and only sizes they had where 7 and 10.5.

I have never seen a posting for a 11-13 did they just not make them after 10.5????

a lot of people aren't aware that's unless it's a consortium release adidas doesn't really have a uniform release date shoes usually ftl fnl get there's first & then adidas puts there's up if you're comparing it to Nike releases then yeah I guess you're gonna be irritated...

I was talking about shoes in general.  They should have in cases

The Big Sean Altitude, 2 Chains Top Ten, Y-3 anything, Xeno Packs, Skateboard Line.

They did have a couple of Jeremy Scott shoes.

I can't speak for all Adidas store, but that store is too small and looks thrown together.

It needs a boutique feel like the Adidas boutique attached to Footaction at Southlake Mall

They moved into the old Puma store spot and it is very small.
 
That store doesn't look too bad.

Adidas San Francisco said that the Xeno zx flux has not hit the warehouse yet and they have no clue if they will be receiving the shoe, But if they do they will be fcfs.
 
Why is it so hard to just push the release date back till the pairs are obtained.

We know this won't be the only use of the material. 
 
On the hunt for Prisms....anyone know of an underground spot that still has them retail (given i keep seeing random restocks) please let me know. Looking for a 9.5 in them.

EDIT....nevermind. Scored them for 105 shipped. This has been a great weekend. EXPENSIVE but great.

Yeah, that's the Footaction Adidas store.

The actual Adidas store looks outdated.

It's not that big of a deal, but Lenox Square Mall is prime location.

All the high fashion boutiques are there and Saks Fifth is right across the street.

This is the mall celebrities shop at when the come into town.

That store should be the flagship store for Atlanta.

In comparison, Nike is about 5 or 6 spaces down and they have a 2 story spot.

Basically, Adidas is just not making good use of their brand.
 
Oh I see , I thought that was the store you were talking about , considering adidas is a German brand they probably have huge stores over there.

I have no idea. I got these from a dude on ebay. I grabbed these HERE  which he was asking for 124 + 7 shipped. Sent a private message and told him I would send 105 through paypal and save him the ebay fees and all that. i actually was telling him 105 + shipping but he said he would ship for 105 paypal so I hopped on it. 

Got lucky I guess.

I'm real new when it comes to the zx flux so be gentle.

there are several prism models

which one is the most popular?

Why not use the mi app and create your own prism design?
