Adidas ZX FLUX 2014

Honestly as frustrating as it may have been for some of you, this is kinda how i wish more releases were. Plenty of chances to grab your pair. Not one mass drop where u can only man a cpl sites at a time (keep in mind i said kinda)
 
I just got mine in today. Besides 11 fits amazing the 12 even fits pretty perfect! Because I don't need both I'm gonna throw the 12 on eBay auction starting at $.99 figure I'll let the dice roll and see what happens!

Yeah, the only problem is that only a couple of pairs per size are dropping at any given time/shop. They're gone in like 90 seconds every time. So unless you have a link grabber or are able to be on NT/respond to notifications 24/7, it's a wild goose chase for a lot of us.

Wild goose chase for me as well i was lucky enough to get thru FTL and Adidas though.

But depending on the shoe the quantity is going to very. So it still could be a plus (but i said kinda :frown:)

That's true. That's why I miss out sometimes. Unless you're monitoring social media, the message board, etc, you miss out, which can be frustrating.

I got in my Xenos today. I'm an 11.5 in Nike. Was only able to order an 11. The shoe only seems slightly snug. I'd probably try for TTS but the half size down is fine.
 
I finally got my pair today, I went with the same size as the fluxes I tried on at ftl and they fit fine

I was gonna sit out the gray xenos but now I definitely want a pair
 
I'm about to just pick up a pair for resale ... How am I always late to these things!

I prefer it like this. After I missed the first few times I pretty much knew I had a bunch of chances left so I didn't sweat it. I copped locally but the Adidas main drop had them in stock for like a good 40 mins or so.
 
So to summarise:

All those that already have their pairs love random drops

All those who do not, hate them.

I for one, hate them. Instead of one mad rush at a mass drop where you're very likely to grab a pair if the production numbers are high, you prefer multiple mad rushes where you're very likely to strike out?

Anyway, almost tempted to drop 180 on my 7.5 the other day, but just couldn't go through with it. #retailorbust

Thats a great mentality to have... Stay alert and keep searching youll find em. Someone is gonna need that rent money and wish they hadnt of tripled up!
