Look up "mizxflux" on the iOS App Store. It's there. The thing that sucks about it is that sometimes images are too small so you can't use them.

i just typed in miZXFlux in the app store and it came up..... won't let me order yet but I can create the shoes and pick my size and everything

They say it needs to be minimum 5MP (2048x2560) for quality.
ipad wallpapers seem to work tho (2048x204

Try resizeing it up a little to get the height up, about 5-10% larger should do it.
