Anyone ever had an out of body experience with themselves?

Imma break my situation down.
One night, I was relaxing on the couch, listening to some Grafh. I start to zone out and I feel my spirit rising up from my body, fam. Crazy thing is I was all aware of what was going on. I wasn't tripping, I was actually ******* with what was going on . So in about 30 more seconds, my whole soul is out of my body, and I'm controlling that ****. I was dead *** looking at my physical body sitting on the couch zoned out..

So at that moment, I'm in full spirit form. I dip out of the house and see what I can get into. I get out of my house and walking a couple steps into my neighbors yard, I see a pigeon posted up on the street light and I tried to climb up the lamp, but I eventually end back up in my physical form. I may have tried to do too much so my body summoned my soul back. It was my first time so I didn't really know how to control it. But pretty much I ended back up in my body and I was shook for about a couple of minutes.

Just to confirm that I wasn't dreaming, I went outside to see of everything was accurate, and I'm 100% spot on. The pigeon was even still perched up on the light


Anyone have any similar stories?

Yeah one time when I was trippin on shrooms. It was dope, but I though I was dying, so I was sad for how my family was going to feel when they found me, as I was only like 16 at the time. I was just looking at myself laying in bed as my spirit (or so I thought) floated up to the ceiling. Then I realized I wasn't dead and threw on East 1999.

Maybe Grafh's voice made you have a seizure like that dude back in the day who had seizures from Leeza Gibbons' voice on tv. Does the same thing happen when you listen to Joe Budden?
