With an aggressive offseason in recovery and trimming weight, I truly feel that its a likelihood he'll be much better than he was this past season.
 
We lost LeBron but I do like the pieces weve added.

If Granger has anything close to a comeback season that will be a steal. Wish we could have gotten an upgrade point or big though but oh well.

Hopefully Ennis ans Napier come along and continue to develop

upgrade point? shabazz is most likely better than chalmers within another 2 months. and with lebron gone, spoelstra will have to focus on players other than lebron so our PGs will actually start running plays and start to shine. With lebron here, we barely used a PG at all. Thats the thing, now that lebron has left... the rest of the team will shine.

But it still depends on spoelstra. He has to really show if he can coach at all, cuz ive maintained for the past 2 years that he cant coach at all. Now is the real test.

so what happened to rashard lewis?

Alright gotta make an adjustment to the offseason plan to make our team sharp.

Wade: still gotta lose weight to lighten the load on his knees. also must do HEAVY 3pt shooting and midrange drills this summer. No excuse to not have a 3pter by now

Ennis: continue assimilating into the team

Haslem: midrange shooting drills all summer, his shot has fell off

Cole: continue to practice 3pt shot, tighten up on defense, learn to cope with his own speed. still plays too fast for himself

Chalmers: *sigh* 3pt drills, passing drills, vision drills, play running practice HARD

Shabazz: continue to assimilate into the team

McRob: " "

Granger: workout to regain health and assimilate

Birdman: conditioning all summer

Bosh: full-contact physical practice. we gotta toughen him up. 3pt drills also since he wants to shoot them so much

Deng: conditioning and assimilate

James Jones: defense drills HARD

Oden?: conditioning

Beasley?: defense drills HARD. midrange drills

when i say assimilate i mean since theyre knew they have to get acquainted with our play style, and build team chemistry. that takes alot of work.

and anyone having to work on a 3pt-er should be able to knock that out quickly. it does NOT take a lot of time to hone in a 3pt shot. 2 weeks at most to get a decent one. in 1 month of hard practice you should be dangerous from out there

We would have to trade for Booze tho right? His contract would be off the books next season correct? Not sure who we would trade for him unless he's willing to take a lot less to come to Miami
 
He did. But he has to clear waivers for us to have any chance to sign him. We can't afford to bid on him
 
I'll take Booz if he can grab some rebounds for us. I'm actually pretty excited for the season to start :pimp:
