The Wolves need to look at how the Nuggets handled the Melo trade. They didn't get equal value but they got some nice players. Something > nothing.

imo, the wolves are in a good spot. just sit tight, let the cavs and warriors get nervous, put out some BS rumors, and let them bid against each other.

but they are getting the top pick in the draft whos supposed to be really good...

Cavs are giving the TImberwolves everything they want and more (I've been on of the dudes whose been saying - Cavs don't need to give up Wiggins to get Love, because they hold the all the leverage, they can low-ball them near the deadline)

But the fact Minnesota didn't take Wiggins and Bennet just goes to show you how stubborn they're going to make this process. Hope they don't trade him and Kevin Love just leaves. What idiots.

i agree

i know Lebron wants Love but screw the wolves with this crap.

trade him to GS or hopefully he leaves and Minny gets nothing.

what if the wiggins thing isn't even true? just a smokescreen put out by the wolves?

and what happens to the cavs "leverage" when the warriors panic and give up even more for love?

If Love doesn't get traded and goes to Cleveland as a free agent will he be able to get his full salary or he gotta take a paycut as well to play with the Cavs ?

They should never allow players to play gm. Most of these ****** went to the L because they couldnt pass the SATs, or the fact they were only show pony's in college. Most of these ****** can't even form legit sentences. You can't just randomly make them chess grandmasters in regards to creating the avengers. ***** think because they can do one thing really well, that can bleeds into other parts of their lives. You go to war with the soldiers you have. You don't gut army for one soldier on the other side. Sun Tsu *** *****

Def not a smokescreen.

Warriors won't panic because they don't even know if a Kevin Love will sign an extension. The wolves best trade for Love is from the Cavs, they know it but they're getting real greedy right now. They're obviously trying to act like they more power when they don't.

Kevin Love needs to go to the front office and say "either trade me to Cleveland or let me walk". Then you'll see how the Wolves come groveling back to Cleveland for at least a draft pick.

Cavs need to man the **** up. They hold all the power.

Feel better?

Giannis has shown a lot of all pro level skills this past week in Vegas. Hopefully he can play with this type of vigor and confidence come this upcoming season. Liked what I saw out of him. It is only summer league, but he really showed that there is some dynamo offensive capacity and creativity in his skillset.

:wow: :wow: shoeking said this :nerd:

If he wanted to, Love could actually be the one with the most power here (what Coupé It Coupé It was saying). If he said, I won't resign with anybody but Cleveland, guess where'd he would be traded and for a lot less than Wiggins and Bennett. Lebron may not want to get involved in such things again, but someone needs to call up Love and convince him to be that outspoken about it. That way, he'd go to the Cavs, and they'd still have Wiggins. I wonder if he's tried that or if he doesn't care whether it's GS or Cleveland

Where are you getting this from?

Most of the NBA players have been to college

Most are relatively smart compared to the general public

I would trust a former player/coach being a GM over some analytics expert

Bunch of people who never watched Bill Russell play are telling us how good he is. Ok.

I mean a few YouTube searches of Bill Russell shows you him playing though

That argument is so dumb in 2014 lol

You can find highlights of Eric Dampier though, on YouTube.
Just because you click 1 Bill Russell video doesn't qualify you to discuss his greatness.
Nobody in here (I'm guessing) wavy included, has watched more than a few clips of Russell.
Adding him to a "great list" is done so out of habit, and people you respect say he could ball, so you believe it.
I believe it myself, but I'd never debate his greatness, I'd have no fuxing clue why he'd deserve to be on that list other than stats.

Well I was referring to Lebron in this case. But most of the players are you're referring to did the one and done. You can find countless reports of guys getting passed through classes because of their on court skills, so don't give me that. And you last line...fair enough, they're on the ouside looking in, but a current player dictating the team moves...:x. When you're too close you can never see the bigger picture. Even still, you think the former player/ coach are making all of the decisions alone? you probably think coaches are the ones that draw the plays too huh? Those analytical guys are the life blood of every team.
