If melo would have made a decision before bron and went to Chicago does he stay in Miami another few years to keep his chances of winning higher?

How exactly were his chances of winning higher with Wade's declining health and a lack of cap space?

So you think he would have a better chance of beating the bulls in a series with melo on that squad on the Cavs roster then Miami's?

Drosed.

Jameer is miles better than Felton..

And if another Mavs fan throws out Jae Crowder as someone they want to see play major minutes, my head might explode.

What's major minutes in your eyes?

I don't want him getting more than 12 minutes unless he shows vast improvements.

But at the same time, I don't expect the Mavericks to bring back Shawn Marion. If they do? Then I don't want to see Jae unless someone is injured.

Realistically, Shawn is gone. That leaves our options at SF being Rashard Lewis and Richard Jefferson. Of the three, off the bench, I want the guy who's not going to be a liability on defense. Jae also has shown aptitude and making plays in the open court, which is something I think is pivotal with all our old bodies. Let him and Devin run around out there and lay their bodies on the line to help the team out.

Here's how I envision the MPG distribution if we land Jameer.

PG- Jameer (28), Felton (12), Devin (8)
SG- Monta (34), Devin (6), Ledo (8)
SF- Parsons (28), Rashard/RJeff (8), Jae (12)
PF- Dirk (30), Greg Smith (12), Parsons (6)
C- Tyson (28), Wright (20)

That's a 12-man rotation right there, with one of Rashard/RJeff, Mekel, and Eric Griffin (if he makes the roster) being inactive. Mavs may lean on Greg Smith and Wright a little more than what I projected if they don't want Parsons out there as the 4. He did play some 4 in Houston, so it's a possibility. They could also go PG by committee, and have Jameer, Felton, and Devin all play about 20 MPG (with Devin spending time relieving Monta of his SG duties).

I'm actually curious too how our bench scoring will be. Vince Carter was the third leading scorer for the Mavs last year. Of course, Chandler Parsons will pick up that load, but I'm not sure who's going to be doing the heavy lifting off the bench other than Devin and Wright.

If the Mavs don't get Jameer? A lot more leaning on Felton, which is a huge question mark. I'd still target Mo Williams and maybe Aminu with our exception. Aminu would easily be our best wing-defender and would get all the minutes from relieving Dirk and Parsons.

Minnesota should kiss Lebron's *** for going back to Cleveland because they weren't going to get a better deal for Love.

Rubio/Lavine/Wiggins/Bennett/Dieng is a solid rebuilding project

Then again can that even really be called rebuilding if they weren't **** to begin with?

Pekovic wouldn't be the starter?

 So am I gonna go back from hating Cavs fans to Heat fans, back to Cavs fans?? Jeezus

What did you actually think would happen?

Its like if the biggest mouth on the block had them hard connections and became unbearable with so much power only to get pinched and sent to prison where he gets raped and becomes quiet and brought back down to earth becoming everyones favorite salad tosser in there.

But then he gets released and gets a little more power back and starts running the mouth again.

Its only a matter of time before the ***** gets shut down for good

I wish I was around NT during that draft. I want to know who actually liked Wes Johnson that high and what they were saying about his projection

Also, Philly took Turner #2 as well, so Minny can't be singled out too bad

The way nt is, im sure wes johnson was the next pippen
I think alot of us were saying the next Matrix.........
Another "drafting an older prospect in the high lotto" caution story.
