Just curious to what people think. I say 5 straight is slightly more impressive like I assume many others will but to win 5 over 15 years is quite the accomplishment

5 straight for sure, its essentially the same core group.

5 in 15 years could have totally different groups in each championship. Not everyones a Timmay.

Enh, I'm gonna say 5 over 15. That's an organization that knows how to draft, doesn't get fleeced in trades & is probably always a contender in that time frame. There's no embarrassing 20-30 win seasons in that time frame (barring major injuries) so the fanbase should stay happy.

5 straight is impressive, no doubt.

5 in 15 making the playoffs every year

or

5 straight then futility the next 10.

These should be the choices.

What kind of dumb *** question is this? 5 straight is a damn Dynasty! And who's to say they stop there?

it doesnt matter really because 5 chips is 5 chips.. but to answer your question 5 straight

So.... 5 in 2000s >>>> 6 in 90s?

Nope. NBA basketball peaked in the 90s. The rules have changed so much. Everything is flagrant now. Dudes r butter soft. Plus nobody was coming straight out of hs it was a league of vets and grown men. And think about all the talent of the Jordan era compared to now.

Depends.....5 straight would mean the team had an era. They were ok, they peaked, they go back to being ok.

5 over 15 years means the team is pretty dependable.  Usually gets far and every so often goes all the way.

Depends on what you prefer

Doing 5 straight doesn't mean anything. Nowhere in OP specifically states that the team peaked.

A team could win 5 straight, then lose next year, then win again after that.
