  He should buy the Death Row Records Catalog.

  I was thinking about this earlier today. Since his deal with Apple made him over 2 Billion dollars, he should just buy the back catalog of Death Row Records. Even after the purchase he would still be a Billionaire. I wonder if he has already thought about doing this.

  What do Ya'll think ?

he didn't make over 2 billion....or 1. He's not even a billionaire.





No hate though. It's super dope that while deal happened and it would've been cool to say he was a billionaire. But it's not the case

He doesnt own the whole company. He is estimated to be worth $800M after taxes. He'll get there but don't be surprised if Diddy gets there first. One thing is for sure, unless we are completely blindsided it will likely be Dr. Dre, Diddy, or Hov getting to the billion dollar mark first.

   You guys are right. I'd imagine he could still buy the Death Row Records back catalog and make some profit from those albums though. People still buy them even now.
