Wedding Day Kicks

Not during the church ceremony but did swap out to sneakers for the reception.  I wanted to sport my double monk that I purchased specifically for the wedding, haha.

I ended up wearing the black/red XI's for the ceremony with my wife wearing some all white jordan 1's.

I've heard some people say that it's tacky to wear a pair of j's at a wedding. But I think it's cool if you switch off during the ceremony or the reception. I asked my girl if we could do that one day with the bred xi's (that's the only pair we have the same of which she approves), and she said yeah that'll be fine.

I wore true blue IIIs on my wedding day! My ex actually wore true flights...

I think I may get another pair of Baron 1s and keep them on ice for my wedding. (I have a pre-approved list of shoes I can wear... Compromising somewhere I guess.)

I'm apparently also allowed to wear my infrared 10s for some reason.

OP repped!

I'm keeping one of my concord lows DS just in case I go this route... Wedding date set for 3/12/16 so I got some time to think about it! lol

To each is own, but wearing sneakers with a suit is childish and mad corny. If you want comfort just get some Cole Haans
I don't get what's childish about it, I asked the priest and he was down with it so I made sure to show respect.  It's not about comfort it's about wearing about whatever the hell I want.

If I had a wedding I would rock DMP concord 11's.... Concords been my favorite Jordan since 96....

I'll be wearing Concords at my reception. They look like they were made to be worn with a tux

11's hands down! Eslecially if you color coordinate right. Black/metallic 5's would work as well

Getting married in October.

Asked if I could wear my Space Jams...was told no lol.

Might negotiate for the reception however.
