STRAIGHT OUTTA COMPTON MOVIE RELEASE DATE 8/14/2015

Had NWA with the police brutality and their run in the late 80's early 90's in the first film, and this sequel could deal with Death Rows run and touch upon gangviolence a lil bit. I wonder what they'd make it on moving into the 00's.

He wasn't the same after that murder case, along with the drama surrounding the label, which had an impact on Dre's production as well.
 
A sequel with our dre or ice involved doom to fail won't pick up steam....


I really don't see any other artist/group ever getting a bio pic this only happened because ice cubes connection to the movie industry and who dre is.


Waiting till this gets released on Netflix no way I'm I supporting anything eazy e related.

I never liked eazy at all either. Don't even like the NWa ish. I liked cube solo better and didn't like dr till the chronic. Dude was a sorry rapper but yea I know he wasn't really a rapper. He is like Diddy and i could never listen to his music as well.

I was thinking the same thing like I didn't know dre was really about that action.

Great movie I was perturbed at the ending at how they rushed everything and just threw stuff in there...

They talked about dpg and bone but didn't show them. Never made mention again about dres daughter, didn't emphasize eazy really smashing out there hence his other 7 or 8 kids the list goes on. My favorite scene had to be when dre left his brother funeral...idk why but it was just kinda powerful to me

Cube and eazys character were epic. So emotional and really made you feel like it was really them. Cube son look just like him. Lol

Definite cop on the blu ray.

No one cares about the other biopics in this thread. Let's keep it about straight outta compton.

I've never been like that. I'll roast people irl for laughs if we're cool, but even then I'm not judging based on looks. I judge people based on their actions. I mean that sincerely.

He was also the most popular member. They realized that. That's why he got the last verse on all of their popular songs. That's why they rushed to put a solo album out for him. He had a voice and charisma. They wanted to capitalize.
