I think this separation/divorce is publicity for the album but if it's all R&B and a fire album I'll get it.

Get Her Back is sounding smooth :pimp:

Can't say I'm the biggest fan of his, but I might check it out.

Track is dope! I love that there are no features on this album. Can't wait to hear this....I hope it is not a publicity stunt but sometimes an artists best work comes out of a place of pain and this album should be an interesting listen.

I hope this is back to real Robin Thicke and not that hot mess that he released last year

I have been a huge fan since he failed with long hair 12 years ago

I can see myself listening to this album on a rainy cloudy day sipping hot tea, based off the track posted.

He named his album "Paula", SMH.  This dude is doing a little too much just to try and win his wife back.

He has been with her most of his life and is the mother of his child. As simpish as it sounds, dude lost a part of himself. Can't blame him for trying everything to get it back

Especially since ole girl probably out in the streets sampling BBC platters as we speak.

Man i dont blame rob for making an album dedicated to her. Dudes can front all they want but goddamn he knows he ****** up.

This album gonna be amazing if you still have feelings for a past ex man..

He's an idiot in the 1st place; he lost a huge female audience because of Paula

1st single from this bombed hard

I understand that's his wife, mother of child, a person that he's known most of his life and so forth, but at the end of the day if Paula doesn't want to be with him or forgive him then that's on her, not on him.  I'm guessing she said the same vows that he did at their wedding......."for better or WORSE".  People really need to realize what that means, especially woman.  Marriage isn't some picture perfect fantasy every day, you have your up and downs but you are suppose to "gut" it out to maintain your marriage.

It's been about a year since the problems in their marriage became public.  With women, the more simping you do, the worse it gets and the worse women view you.  After awhile with all the simping and ***-kissing, the less respect a woman will give you.  Generally speaking, the less attention you give a woman, especially after you have been running behind them for so long the better she will treat/view you, generally speaking.

I agree with your first paragraph but can't co-sign the second. There is nothing wrong with Robin Thicke trying to get his woman back our pouring his heart out via music and I think it is a bit harsh to call it simping when its your wife! None of us know the situation exactly or who did wrong.....if this album is an outlet for Robin Thicke to address some of his feelings I could care less as long as the music is good.

Well thanks for agreeing with my first paragraph.  In regards to the second paragraph, I wrote that under the premise that they are both still separated or not living in the same house.  If that is not the case, and they are back together and this album and music came about from the lessons that Robin Thicke learned during his time apart from Paula or feelings about almost losing his wife then so be it.

However, if they are still separated, not even sleeping in the same bed, not spending time together and stuff of that nature then I would say with almost a year of this going on I would say yes it is simping, but that's just me.

You can't simp on your wife, what yall talking about?

Dudes saying he shouldn't dedicated a album to his wife because she (a actress) was on stage acting stupid
