Converting Jordan XI Low Infrared to Space Jam Low

I'm looking to convert my Jordan XI Infrared Lows to Space Jam lows. I have experience restoring Jordans and have various colours of Angelus paint on hand.

I can handle painting the white part on the heel, but I need some suggestions on how to turn both, the '23' and jumpman logo, on the back heel from infrared to white/blue (just like on the Space Jams). The '23' is painted on, while the jumpman logo is embroidered.

Also, the jordan tag on the tongue needs to go from white to black. This change isn't a big deal to me since it seems like a lot of work. I'm totally OK leaving it as is.

Any tips/advice would be greatly appreciated!
 
What do you plan on doing about the white tounge tab? I want to get these done as well, but the custom maker is having an issue with the tounge tab.
 
Here's my before/after photos. I left the tongue tag as is. Was thinking about making the jumpman on it blue, but didn't bother with it.

Looks great! Did you paint the jumpman white before laying on the blue? Or did you apply the blue right on top?
