Widening narrow MS78's

I got these shoes from my girlfriend like two holiday seasons ago and felt bad when they didn't fit right even when we ordered them in store after trying on numerous sizes. I'm 11 and these are 12's and still too narrow.

Anything I can buy to stretch em out? Really want to wear them more than once a week :/
