Painting Lunarlon Midsoles/ Using acetone on lunarlon

I want to get a pair of lunar force one digi camos and paint the midsole white. How do you think it will turn out and has anyone ever used acetone on lunarlon before? Will it damage the lunarlon?View media item 1041930

i used acetone yesterday on a pair of lunar fly 306's..i didn't apply to much force and no "paint" came off but i do believe it was enough to take off the top layer of protection before i painted them.  i'm no expert but it didn't have any negative effects for me.
