Official Prey (Predator 5-ish) - Straight to Hulu/Disney+ Aug. 8, 2022

An Expendables / Predator crossover would be cool. I want The Expendables to crossover with everything.
Expendables vs 300

Expendables vs Jurassic Park

Expendables vs The Walking Dead

Expendables vs Paranormal Activity (imagine them dudes stuck in a haunted house lol)

Expendables vs Belly

Expendables as Shield Agents

Here goes Shane Black about to pull off another "Mandarin" kind of change just to say he did it :rolleyes

Shane Black says the Predator costume design will get an upgrade for the new film.
“It’s not to ‘improve,’ it’s make it fun, make it different, make it organically different.*So what’s the extension of it that makes sense, that’s exciting? There have been a lot of changes to Stan’s design over the years. These different Predator movies have done different things. Ultimately it’s not about design to me, it’s about the story you want to tell. There are people who are always going to agonize over Iron Man, what color his suit is. Maybe this weapon does a new thing, but if the story is not good I don’t give a ***** what color the suit is. In ‘The Predator’ we’re doing a lot of upgrades to what you would consider to be the traditional Predator technology and look, but hopefully the story is what’s going to drag people in, not just the attention to the minutiae.”

Shane Black talks R-rating.

“There’s also a sensibility and a sense of brooding menace and we can have fun but there’s an element of horror that’s unmistakable in The Predator”, he continued. “I don’t want to have to compromise it by just treating it like a popcorn film. That said, I hope there’s some popcorn viewing available in it, too. It’s an R-rated popcorn movie, which is the best kind to me.”

I think minor changes would be ok. Armor and costume changes are normal for a lot of movies.

As a big Predator figure collector, I'm all for changes whenever a new movie comes out. It's just that those kind of changes and a "Shane Black change" are two completely different things

There are a ton of designs they could use for a new Predator film

Watched this vid the other day. StudioADI :pimp:

Director Shane Black updates us on The Predator's progress, talks time-lines, and entertains the idea of Dwayne Johnson starring.

Will The Rock book another role?

Honestly its the best option we need a certifiable badass and rock fits the bill. Thrown in another action star and put them in some war zone and we got a movie

That could be his first legit, classic action film.

I'd like to see Tom Hardy or Frank Grillo in a Predator movie.

Just throw the rock in everything huh. Dude is putting more movies out than nicolas cage these days.

Or John Cena

John cena has to be the least intimidating buff guy in wrestling/Hollywood word to dude beefing with him in Trainwreck

Frank grillo would be nice in this though

Rock needs a defining action role

I just want to see a straight up savage crew in this movie. Like the predator looks at some of the guys and is like damn hunting those guys is gonna be lit.

Can Shane get a star cast for this?

The Rock

Wesley Snipes

Frank Grillo

Terry Crews

Jai Courtney (because his agent will somehow get him into this movie)

John Cena (he'll be the first victim)

Ya'll suck at casting

I like Tom Hardy, Frank would be good in a supporting role.

I could see Idris leading the way too.

Taylor Kistch could be a good supporting role.

Keep Snipes, Cena, and Crews far away from this film!
