Okay, progress pics, "I LOST 50 POUNDS IN 6 DAYS" **** is cool.... specifically what did you do? Diet, cardio, supps, etc. I like seeing what you did, tell me how you did. In detail.
I eat whatever I want. just cut back on fried foods, red meats and pork. don't drink calories either when i was trying  to lose weight.

i eat like 3500-4000 calories a day now  .when I first started I could do two chins up. I do 500 ish + a day now. i go to the gym every other day .

 I run 20+ miles a week but personally i love running.

i knew a good looking chick who wasnt into 6 pack abs she preferred a huskier built guy

One of the chicks I'm talking to right now is like that. She's a 34D, got the bunz of a goddess, hourglass body and is all over me because she says she doesn't like dudes with 6 packs or that are skinny.

My last girlfriend said that after me, she couldn't date another skinny dude. She just doesn't like em anymore. Big stocky guys boutta be winnin like thick girls bruh.. just watch.

I just want to be nice and stocky I think at 250
I can accomplish that so I got work to do I already lost 30 this year
so I just need to keep grinding



I also know a dancer that love her a big husky man its all about preference
with some women like I said earlier confedence and convo goes a long way

Bravo. I'm gonna be dead honest. I didn't know where to start. I had a bally fitness membership before that and I barely used it. Basically paid fat tax.

Then I hit the team fitness thread. I was directed to the Bb website

I followed the kris gethin trainer to the t

Including all his supps and nutrition plans.

Looking back it may have been a waste I money but as a beginner it helped.

However, I now incorporate my own workouts which I do bodybuilding routines and also crossfit.

Te most important thing is that transformation really hanged my lifestyle. I don't binge eat or drink. Hell I barely drink beer. Jameson straight only.

In regards to supps, I only use preworkout once in awhile. Take a protein shake if I need a quick meal.

I'm cutting so caloric deficit works.

I also talk fitness with my friends and also a lot of NTers. Keeps me motivated.

Good luck to all the big dudes out there.

When I was fat I thought I was happy being the chubby jolly friendly teddy bear.

But in reality I was depressed and felt like crap about myself. Looked I the wrong things to change. It was only within myself where I found motivation.

Now I'm tryin to become ****** swole like Al Audi or bwood. And have da strength of ****nut or big boss. With da bro-ness of lucky and zyZz lmao

yeah I don't drink beer at all but get lifted daily .

good ish rt. like I said losing weight is easy for me. Trying to get brolic is hard....... Running is so much easier then picking heavy ish up.

Is that what happened? I posted multiple pics of myself and stayed in there just fine. You're trying too hard to not "drail" bro.

And I remember that pic. I ran a marathon that summer. I was pretty happy with that accomplishment.

You're here trying to put me down and say i do such and such. End of story
