I didn't see that all the way coming but even my dad knew what was up the way Jamal was talking on that boat. Giving Barry that last chance to change
That was the one thing I kept in mind that was different than the other stories similar to this. Jamal is not Fredo and quite frankly it's only right cuz they kept repeating to Barry over and over by different ppl you can't just change a whole country over night. Now it's really looking like Barry should've took their offer to just puppet Jamal forever instead of this.
Jamal deciding to kill Barry though He on his Joffrey steez. Same thing he did. Lie to Sansa about mercy and then killed Ned anyway and it looks like that's happening with the mom.
@ the family though. They just can't get rid of them. I wanted this to go down while they were on the plane.
I actually can't wait until to S2 cuz you know Barry getting out of this somehow. It may just be those radicals break him out and he becomes the new leader of the resistance.

Yea they definitely aren't killing him. Be interesting to see if he breaks out escapes or if Jamal somehow gets him out against his wife and uncle knowing initially.

The father in law is so damn weak and stupid. So he confessed to everything after being served 2 drinks? Why would he even confess to it? He basically executed himself and maybe his wife and daughter.

It's an OK, watchable show. There's a bunch of nonsense on this show, including bad acting, everyone speaking in English 24/7, irrelevant filler plots (like the gay son's love life, the shopping trip on tonight's episode, etc), and an EXTREMELY annoying family, but the overall plot of the show is interesting. It's nowhere close to The Americans, but it's something to pass the time on a boring Tuesday night.
I mentioned bad acting, but I have to give it up for Ashraf Barhom (he plays Jamal). He definitely steals the show. It's impressive to see someone effortlessly play a funny, charming, and loyal dude one second and then see him become a sadistic psychopath the next. In real life you'd want someone like this dead ASAP but he provides all the entertainment

Season finale was weak but def a good setup for next season, looks like Berry and Rebels about to start a takeover.
