Tried to buy the Black/White OG colorway. So I guess Footaction stores cant do phone orders. They wouldn't even hold the shoe for me. They just confirmed they had my size and its "First come first serve". So I just would have to roll the dice driving over an hour (each way) for a shoe that might not even be there when I get there. Not cool. It shouldn't be this hard to give stores/companies my money. I really hate the shoe game these days. Also I had to call twice because after waiting 10 minutes on hold they hung up. Awesome customer service Footaction. Just awesome.
 
^ Maybe if FTA was a mom and pop store, then they might have been able to allow a store phone order.

Did you bother to try calling Eastbay or Footlocker customer service number?

Not yet. I just called the local store and then used the Chat function on FA's website. They didn't have the ability to check local store inventory but they did say at this time there wasn't going to be any online restock.

Ended up making the 1hr30min+ drive. Thankfully they were there when I arrived. Not a fan of having to jump through so many damn hoops to buy shoes. What's sad is that Nike/Jordan had been doing better recently.  Then they forced you to use their $hitty app. This and my experience with trying to cop ANY Jordan 12's has left me VERY salty.

Still. When its all said and done I was able to cop a grail. A shoe I've wanted since they first released about 20 years ago.  Back then I was too poor and I was only able to get the step down heel air only version.

The problem with the Uptempos is that they drop randomly... I thought the black/white would drop 4/16 and they dropped EVERYWHERE at random times
