Never was a fan of that cw. When they initially dropped I just kept looking at them thinking "something is off about these". For whatever reason, the red just doesn't sit right with me against that glossy black.
 
This is the way to do it IMO :pimp:

If you going to drop a good amount of new CW's make them appealing to the customer

Yea I was never a fan either, I just couldn't put my finger on it as to why these looked off to me.  You're right though, it's that glossy black.  Take the gloss away and they're better IMO.

Someone school me on these...is this a real colorway?

When I Google the style code I find a GANG of sites selling obvious fakes with the intermittent eBay listing with pairs that appear to be authentic.

^ it's a real colorway. It hasn't been released in recent years though. And it's rare to find a pair that looks that clean. But the pic looks legit

I think they are worth the $160 IMO.... but I would hate to see em at the outlet for less than a benjamin
