Did you use the mattress first then get a topper?
I'm going to cop a gel infused memory foam mattress in a couple days, just building information. I was worried because I heard some of them don't rebuild your imprint.

At first I wasn't with the cold shower life and was just as skeptical...
Allow me to put you on. Keeps your skin clear, your hair A1 (I have a brush cut, lays my hair down perfect for wave maintenance), and fully wakes you up.
I go in hot, take 5 minutes at the end as cold as I can tolerate until it cant get any colder.

I meant if you can't afford the whole mattress get a topper. But yea sounds like you've been checking some out so far, I'd definitely recommend them.

i wouldnt say anything life changing with the superfood powder but it is greens and vitamins anytime you substitute that you're going to be doing for your body
i say the same thing with smoothies...i never feel a huge energy difference but i just say i feel better...if that makes sense

I can vouch for Uniglo. Simply the best, and affordable. They mass produce very high quality clothes so they can reduce costs. They set their own styles/trends so they r different than other fast retailers in that they don't need to change their collections based on the "season". Or something like that lol. All I know is they make awesome feeling high quality clothes that are stylish.

Just my own personal experience: the fabric breathes and holds shape well after multiple washes, lots of colors to choose from, and nice price tag (can get it for even cheaper during sales).
