SAN DIEGO COMIC CON THREAD VOL. ITS ALMOST HERE POST YOUR GETUP/PICS/PICKUPS!

My cousin has been working on a comic book called R.E.E.P.E.R MEN. He thought Comicon would be good exposure so he got custom masks made to represent some of the characters which are men and women in suites and red skull masks. I really didnt know what to expect, but people loved it. Lots of positive feedback and some people remembered us from the day before. It was great seeing people reactions through the masks. They couldnt see our eyes and it spooked alot of people, especially the kids  The interaction with the people was :smokin
We also made it on Comic cons IG :smokin
We had over 200 shirts and they were gone in about an hour and a half. It got so crazy we had to take 2 breaks the 3 hrs we were there. We also gave away copies of issue #1
All in all it was great. I loved being in character :smokin

I was dumb and didn't see what day the tickets went online. Looked on nt and saw they were up. Saturday tickets were gone. Lucky my friends had extras. Just get on the site close to when the tickets are put up and you'll be good. Also the option to buy in person at comic stores, just call up the store to know what time they'll open up. Went to one store and learned they opened up 2 hours earlier than normal and sold most of their tickets, smh.

saturday passes sold out within 2 hours. i was dumb and rushed through the checkout and only bought one pass. ima have to get atleast 4 next year. alot of the homies hit me the week of asking for passes. from what i read too, alot of people camped at the comic shops especially Midtown Comics. i cant wait for next year! im for sure getting atleast a 3day pass. i feel like i didnt get to see everything. spent almost 6 hours for the walking dead panel. 2 1/2 for the wristband and another 3 to get a good seat inside. im not mad tho i enjoyed my first experience at Comic Con..

Yo, I think my friends were talking about that latex wearing female Venom on Friday. Told me they'll see her on Saturday. Didn't see her anywhere SMFH. So people were asking nicely if they could take pics with her cheeks facing the camera and she was cool with it? Cool girl.

Her booty was amazing, and she knew it. I don't think anyone else went for the booty shot  Those other dudes look mad nervous around her and did the "hover hands" around her waist.
I was still respectable and didn't touch. She's def a cool girl though :smokin

I found her instagram, Sofia Sivan. Looks like she's into fitness & training which is why her body and culo is ridiculous. The pics of her Vampirella cosplay are serious. Good lawd.

Told you. That camel toe is serious. The back view would probably make me shed a tear. I love Jessica Nigri but this girl is on a different level.

Regret not going this year, will be in the building next

Oh and I know it's getting ahead of ourselves, but since we're all subbed to this thread, can we just keep this running basically annually for NYCC instead of making a new one every year?

If not whenever there is a new thread hope someone posts the link here.

Otherwise I know I might miss it again next year

i tried to keep this thread relavant since i started it but not many people were contributing. id like to keep this post too.

Anybody going to the SD one? Can't believe it sold out in an hour. I wanted to go this year too |I

Wasted two hours trying to get tickets Saturday morning. Didn't make it past the waiting room. :smh:

I live in San Diego too. I'll find a way to get in though.

Are all the days usually the same, certain days better?

I'm thinking of either going Saturday, or maybe taking my nephew on Sunday

I've asked people about that before. What i've been told is Thursday is pretty quiet since they are still setting stuff up. Saturday gets packed and has a lot going on. My friend called Sunday "kid day" since I guess that's when a lot of kids go and it's a little less busy. Sunday is the best day to buy stuff since vendors are trying to get rid of stuff. My brother bought a lot last year on Sunday.
