SAN DIEGO COMIC CON THREAD VOL. ITS ALMOST HERE POST YOUR GETUP/PICS/PICKUPS!

This is my 3rd year volunteering. Not having to pay for tickets is nice!
 
If you find someone who volunteers you can ask them to say they "lost" their badge and they'll replace it once. I got my friend in for free this way

srs... how do you volunteer for this...
it always seems that volunteers are already filled up before i am able to buy tix... and i get them before they are publicly sold :nerd:
 
For those going to SDCC this week are any of you attending some of the Comic-Con Parties? Most of them are invite only and I'm someone here has a connection and is willing to hook up a fellow nt'er.
 
any chance the Revoltech TMNT figures will be available at Comic Con? i know they are scheduled for release in October and im hoping to get my hands on one..

i'm going to the SuperHeroHype party on fri night on that carrier close to the con...
i'm wondering... how do you get those inv's? last year i went to the logitech one, it was pretty cool
i want to go to the ones where the actors are at :smokin (if that's even possible :lol:)

for reals tho... how do you get the volunteering gig? :nerd:
 
still kinda mad that I didn't get tickets. waited an hour and a half in queue the day tickets were going on sale and nothing :smh:

they really should just make this a whole week of SDCC since it's pretty much half of a week including preview night.

Yea he's getting creepy and I don't blame him lol. One thing I always wanted to know, is the smell really that bad in there?

The convention center? It's summer so the amount of sweaty people is a lot. I went to the NY one and didn't notice any smell but it's in October.

Nigri said she got norman reedus' number. Wonder if he smashed that.
 
Yeah it's get funky in there, TRUST!

And today in San Diego the humidity is around 80%. :x

This is odd weather for SD.
