tip the barber an extra 5, ask them what they recommend for flakes.. and diddybop out after dapping him up.

Barbers see all kids of heads all day long... you not special snowflake (no pun intended)

People probably are talking about sulfates that is in is what I'm guessing.

try regenepure shampoo...its expensive ($25) but it works has aloe vera and a bunch other stuff...will also grow your hair quicker b/c it contains ketoconazole

This is exactly my problem. I been tried so many things but it's not bad it just never goes away. so frustrating

Head and Shoulders did the trick for me so I've been loyal ever since, but I don't think my dandruff was all that bad to begin with. I only get the H&S Refresh, both the regular, which I prefer, and the "for men" version. I like that tingly feeling lol I've tried Clear refresh too which is ok.

Same here with the Head and Shoulders.  I've noticed when I don't use it, my scalp gets really itchy and the flakes start reappearing.  It didn't completely get rid of the flakes though, but it's significantly better.
 
Is dandruff and psoriasis the same thing???

Like is dandruff a symptom of psoriasis???


Or do they have nothing to do with each other..
 
I was using regular old classic head n shoulders...

Also, try a daily scalp moisturizer...

Washing your hair all the time also dries your scalp back out. And guess what happens then?


Thats right... More dandruff...

Wash your hair 3-4 times a week and use a daily scalp moisturizer to kill off the dandruff..
 
Had a revelation...instead of me using my hands to frustratingly massage the dandruff shampoo into my head, ill just use a comb.

OP I feel your pain. I had terrible dandruff, I couldn't even touch my hair or brush it without flakes flying everywhere. I tried all the products and even tried prescribed shampoo and still nothing would work. However I have been using baking soda and am happy to say I am dandruff free. I wet my hair first thing when I take a shower put in the baking soda let it sit while washing the rest of my body. After that I just go over my hair with shampoo ( I will post the shampoo I use when I get home. The baking soda gathers all the dry skin from your scalp. I would definitely give it a try.

Is it safe to use in the baking soda in that fashion for your hair?

Yeah, sometimes I put come shampoo on my shower brush's bristles and just brush my hair in the shower :lol:

Feels good :smokin
 
The T-Gel scalp build up variant worked for me recently. I was in the DR and got a nasty scalp sun burn that turned into all sorts of bumps/scabs...:x :smh: Cleared it up after 3-4 uses.

If you're Casper status like me, sun screen your head, bros.
