My 99 Vs that have been worn since 99 and over the years and started to separate about a few years ago. So there is no doubt in my mind these will separate or crumble upon wearing them.

Even though there are no visible cracks showing, you will never know until you wear them. That's the risk. They may or may not crumble.

My DS pair visible had nothing wrong with them, and the midsole was firm as well. Wore them no more than 5 times and it started to crack. Now, it just sits in a clear case for me to look at.

Looks like they're starting to dry out, I wouldn't wear them. Shoes need to be warn or they dry out. Moisture from you feet keep the material from getting dry and cracking. Look for a used but in good condition pair if you plan on wearing them. They're still some beautiful unwearable shoes, my all time favs
