4th of July Weekend coming up! What yall getting into?

Had to call the cops tonight about fireworks for the first time ever.

My neighbords FRONT AND BACK had fireworks from 9PM until now. It's 2AM. It's time to stop. They're stupid fireworks residue kept going inside my pool and I JUST spent $100 cleaning the chemicals. It's BS

You're a glorified renter until the bank says you own your home buddy.
I don't know whether to

 you or

Then what does that make renters? Glorified homeless people?

The logic of NTers. I make money paying my mortgage, in equity. You get your security deposit back, I get 100s of thousands when I sell my home.

I'll be a glorified renter all day.

i met up with a chick from POF & she was fatter in real life. she took me to a party, that was a ghetto *** house in the middle of nowhere with just 6 other people and their kids.
i passed out on the couch at 10PM. they were drinking beer. I had brought 1/2 a water bottle of vodka SMH worst 4th of July to date.

LOL. I cant believe this is an actual thought from an adult in 2014. For every dollar you make over your monthly mortgage payment that money goes straight to the prinicpal. I too will be a glorified renter of BOTH of my houses LMAO!!!

I'll let the half a water bottle of vodka slide. Obviously you're underage. But how do you pass out at a house in the middle of nowhere with people you don't know? That's how you end up a victim. Be a bit safer out there.

 word lucky you even alive to tell that story, should had just went home when you realized she was fatter than you expected

If you live in a subdivision and don't own the land your home is on, your basically a glorified renter.lol. Especially when HOA comes around and tells you you can't eem have a car in your front yard with a flat tire.smh

I prefer to own everything.

In va subdivision or not you do own the land and it's "improvements" which is your home. I will say having a corporation telling you what you can and cannot do does suck, one of my homes is in a HOA but it does help with the resale value of the home which protects your investment. My 2nd home the one I currently live on does not have a hoa and you can see the difference with boats in the driveway, Un cut grass, and other eye sores. So besides the monthly payment lol I prefer an HOA.

House went from 450k purchase in 08, fell to 281k, now it's at 600k. I wanna move to the South and pay cash, retire, but L.A. weather is too good.

Y'all stay throwing that logic of NTers ******** out there. Miss a couple of mortgage payments and see how fast the bank is up that ***. We forgot about the mortgage crisis already? All those people who thought they owned their property only to find out that they didn't own their property.

Real talk, I don't think you know what an HOA is. Home owners association. It's a covenant put on the land by the real estate developer. They sell the land to you, on the condition you follow the rules of the HOA. Usually, keep eye sores away, grass cut etc.

Personally, I would never buy my home with one, zoning laws will be the only restrictions I have on my land. Even those, with the proper wheels greased, won't stop me. When I finally buy land to live on, I'm putting something else on it, that land will be paying for itself, more working capital than a home.

How old are you?

If you miss a couple of months of rent, you're getting evicted, genius.

You miss a couple of payments on your house, 9 times out of 10, the bank will work with your current mortgage and help you stay in that house.

Those people who lost their homes were on interest only loans at peak purchase pricing. Homeownership is just like surfing...you ride the wave. You could have refinanced at current value thru all the programs the gov't issued during the crisis.

YOUR LOGIC is remedial.

I'm a real estate agent and this is what we tell clients at the closing table due to the foreclosure process and time it takes work with the bank if something comes up where you cannot make a payment. They will work with you like putting the next couple of payments at the end of the loan. It's easier to get evicted than to get foreclosed on within your home.

I am right, but thanks for your sarcastic response. Back to the trailer park you go.

I think you should look into home ownership in your area. It could be cheaper than renting. I do understand your logic but I wouldn't call homeowners glorified renters . Just my opinion

I get it I'm white so I obviously live in a trailer park. That's your go to.

Just admit you're wrong here champ. As well as most everything you post. Only you would look down on home ownership. clown
