Seinfeld came out 25 yrs ago today vol.....Mulva???

One of the greatest sitcoms ever. A lot of people who watched Martin didn't really catch onto the show until it was about to end due to it being on in the same time slot and having great success of its own. Even in its last season they were still rolling out great episodes. Very polarizing series finale. Would have been a cop out imo if they made it to the plane and flew to Paris. The fact that they were jailed was fitting considering that none of them were good people.

Elaine's character was very unlikeable.

Completely forgot about Seinfeld Day from the Cyclones. Heard about it a couple months back, but it completely escaped my mind until I saw a link on Twitter last night about it.

best ever.

Came right on time too, imagine if cell phones were prevalent back then.

I can think of a few episodes off top that would not have worked.
It wasn't just Seinfeld either, there were a lot of shows with episodes that had jokes that worked because characters couldn't get in touch. I can't remember what show I was watching, it might have been Seinfeld, but I was watching it with my little sister who was born in 01 and they had one of those "characters couldn't get in touch" episodes and she said something about how stupid it was and I realized she simply couldn't understand why it was so hilarious and probably never will. She never experienced a world without cellphones and internet for everyone.

And George is the greatest sitcom character ever
my coworker told me that she didn't watch Seinfeld because of one character... and that was George...

I gave her the biggest stoneface.

The greatest sitcom ever is right. My friend Bob Saccamano put me on this show.

Will I be able to jump right into curb and enjoy it given the goat-ness that is Seinfeld?

I remember not understanding this show when I was younger, but I'll give it a shot now.

If anybody recalls in the first season had Jerry's dad played by a different actor and dude wasn't funny. Jerrys parents were different and Kramers antics weren't as comical and less george antics as well.

Show didn't really take off till it was nearly got taken off the air. Thank The Lord it made it through.

Yeah I remember that through reruns. I was like who is this dude playing Jerry's dad. Son was like a real dad. Boring and regular.

Nothing like the cheap always got a bargain, raincoat selling, Costanza disliking Morty Seinfeld they brought in.
Years later, I still don't understand how this show is funny and I laugh at almost anything. :\
You might be a zombie bruh.

Like you just laughing along with the audience laugh track?

Still can watch every re-run.... Never gets old...
Every single re-run. Doesn't matter how many times I've seen it.

No jokes, I'm not tryna insult you or anything but I feel sorry for you that you don't find this show funny.

Everyone that doesn't I feel sorry for. From the bottom of my heart. I really mean it.
