Someone in my state (MA) almost dies every day from a motorcycle accident in the summer.
The death percentage is higher then automobiles.
Stay safe.
Forget the seflie. Props on the thread title. Major improvement over some of your previous work. Bravo Brah

you've probably never rode a motorcycle...
So I'll disregard your comment...
Just know that a bike going 85 mph on a straight away highway is much safer than going 30 on a regular street
Word, when my uncle was teaching me about motorcycles he put it in my head that speed is your friend when in danger. Pop the clutch and get the hell out of there.
I always wanted to learn how to ride. My little sister was killed 2 weeks ago on the back of a bike. Her guy was swerving thru traffic. Took off from a stop light at 75 mph and ran into a turning car. Now I'll never ever ride, but I do wanna do something to promote bike awareness and safety. We all, drivers/ riders need to do more and be more aware of each other when on the roads.
Neither is drinking, riding with out a seat belt, or sitting at a desk job for 30 years but people do it...I am sorry to hear that bro. RIP to your sister.
2 weeks ago this biker hit me from the back while i stopped for a fire truck. He tried to bail but he got caught under the bike and slid underneath my whip.
Scratched my bumper and punctured my muffler. Looked like he dislocated his shoulder and got some bad road rash.

OP, what you did is not smart. That's all I am gonna say.

Again, it looks WAY worse than it is... A straight away going 85 mph
On a great clean road like north Dallas toll road with no cars in front...
Its very tough to go down...
I feel for you... But fam...
Anytime motorcycle comes up... Don't only talk about the negatives(condolences to you and your famb)
Talk about people who are safe and ride safe to this day
Use your sister's death to promote safety instead of scaring people into not riding
very much so.
Can't please everyone...
Just a word if advice to people.
Every time you meet a motorcyclist, please don't tell them how dangerous it is or a story of someone you know dying...
Truth is, your story isn't going to change a damb thing, and is really unnecessary.
