is createx a good substitute for angelus?

YES you can use Createx , to be honest I've never used any angelus paint in any of my customizations over the past 7+ years,
I use a mixture of CREATEX airbrush paint and flexible paint varnish and another ingredient when im painting my customs.
I use AIRBRUSH PAINT because it is easily absorbed on uppers of shoes but is not really good for midsole repaints and such.
For midsoles I would recommend angelus because I know its durability is on par.
The best thing to do is to EXPERIMENT making your own concoctions and trying them out to get the best result.
