Hi, looking to get these used 1996 jordan 11 bred's (instead of the fake jordan 11 concords, thanks to you guys) and was hoping for a price and legit check. Here are the pics. The seller is asking for $280-290 for them. Are they worth the price? Thanks!

Thanks for the responses! Good to hear that they are legit. Will be copping these. Thanks!

I say stay away if you are looking to really wear them. You're looking at major sole separation. Easy fix from what I understand but these are 18 years old

I own 2 pairs of OG XI's...Concords and Black and Reds...both soles are still intact and have never had any issues with sole separation....now having said that, the concerns are still there, there is always a chance that the soles may detach but it's a simple fix with some gorilla glue and some patience...

I would go for it, these soles will not crumble on you like a Jordan 3-10 will due to the polyurethane midsoles used back then...these will be just fine...

These would most likely be fine to wear casually. They will never crumble like other lower numbered Jordan's would. The worst thing that could happen would be sole separation, but that is not a hard thing to fix with some barge cement. I would go for it, 280 is a decent price for these.

Thanks for the heads up guys! Wasn't really planning on playing ball with these, probably just wear them a couple of times casually before storing them. If a little sole separation is the only likely threat then I think it's okay.

Hey guys, I have a question about Paypal Invoicing. I actually won this item on ebay but the reserve wasn't met. I then messaged the seller and then we agreed on a price. The seller asked if I would like to have a Paypal Invoice for the transaction. I have not experienced this yet, so from what I understand the transaction will be outside of ebay already, right? Does paypal offer protection for invoicing just in case the seller sends a different/fake pair from the legit bred's above? Thanks in advance!

Yes paypal has buyer protection if the item you get isnt what was described in the invoice.

Great, so basically buying shoes using paypal invoice and doing it through ebay are similar when it comes to buyer protection?

Yes, paypal and ebay are owned by the same company. Ebay uses paypal as a form of payment, so basically when you do a deal through ebay, you have the same paypal protection that you have when you do an invoice.

Thanks, that's good to hear! I guess I will go ahead and buy the bred's. Hopefully this deal will have no issues so I can finally have my first serious jordan purchase (with the intention of collecting 'em). I'm a bit paranoid now as I still have to go get my money back from ebay because of some fake j11 cool grey's I bought the other day. :smh:
