No its not suppose to be see through like that. That looks like the paper the fakes use and have been using for a while. Sending another red flag which is why i personally dont believe these are legit. But wait on others

Isn't it like the Retro 4 tissue paper? I'm not too good on the black tissue paper thing, because a pair of Thunder 4's I saw on here that the engraving and everything was good, but the paper was wrong.

The real black paper won't be 100% not see through. Certain lighting will affect how the paper really looks kinda like on the bred 11 paper. Yes authentic is a darker black plastic vs the lighter and very see through fake plastic. That black plastic looks fine to me. Shot of the shoes in the box with the paper on 1 shoe w/o flash will clear it allll up
