In collaboration with Tom Hanks, Gary Goetzman and Mark Herzog, CNN explores the 1960s:
Episode 1: Television Comes of Age (May 29)
Episode 2: The World on the Brink (June 5)
Episode 3: The Assassination of Kennedy (June 12)
Episode 4: The War in Vietnam (June 19)
Episode 5: A Long March to Freedom (June 26)
Episode 6: The British Invasion (July 10)
Episode 7: The Space Race (July 17)
Episode 8: The Times They are A-Changin' (July 24)
Episode 9: 1968 (July 31)
Episode 10: Sex, Drugs, and Rock N' Roll (August 7)

A good run-down of what happened in the 1960s. Most NTers I would hazard a guess to say didn't live through that time.

You read and hear about this stuff. But it's different to see the live images of what really happened.

Would have preferred had it been someone other than CNN that did this, because perception of the angles that CNN tells news stories from now

In that British Invasion episode, you could see mick jagger's shape of his face hasn't really changed after all these years. There's just more wrinkles now

Ill tune in for episode 10 But I feel like there missing a crucial BPP episode :nerd:

use to go to the library and browse through old magazine issues, especially back in the 60's
this was before the internet
