I beg to differ I guess.

If someone puts your family in danger, breaking in your house, trying to car jack you when your wife and kids are in the car, you got every right to be judge, jury, and executioner.

No one should ever want to use a gun to take someones life or resort to violence like that but sometimes its needed.

I agree there are certain cases where it's necessary but each situation is different. You should not go into something wanting to kill someone, that is always a last resort. In this case the guy tried to steal the car, not kill anybody so his punishment was fit for the crime imo.

Don't see nothing excessive about it. Dudes endangering an innocent mother and child. Its not like he's messing with people who are doing dirt themselves. And dude was bragging like he did it before.

Society wouldn't hurt from a few kicks being delivered to the back of his head.
I agree with the *** whippin but to kill him excessive. It is not ourdesicion to decide who lives and doesn't, that right belongs to god
god isn't real

Not even, but at least something better than what they got on. I mean, even my grandma got some asics. You'd think one of them has a kid or something that would give em some of their old jordans or something

Reminds me of
On August 30, 1985, Ramirez took a bus to Tucson, Arizona  to visit his brother, unaware that he had become the lead story in virtually every major newspaper and television news program across the state of California.[sup][88][/sup][sup][89][/sup]  After failing to meet his brother, he returned to Los Angeles early on the morning of August 31. He walked past officers who were staking out the bus terminal in hopes of catching the killer should he attempt to flee on an outbound bus. He walked a few blocks to a convenience store in East Los Angeles. After noticing a group of elderly Mexican women fearfully identifying him as "El Matador" (or "The Killer"), Ramirez saw his face on the covers on the newspaper rack and fled the store in a panic.[sup][90][/sup]  After running across the Santa Ana Freeway, he attempted tocarjack  a woman, but was chased away by bystanders, who pursued him.[sup][91][/sup]  After hopping over several fences and attempting two more carjackings, he was eventually subdued by a group of residents, one of whom had struck him over the head with a metal bar in the pursuit. The group held him until police arrived and took Ramirez into custody

Same dudes were prolly hollerin f the police just yesterday now they're trying to be honorary deputies.

Id have no problem with police brutality in this case.

I look at each situation on an individual level though. Its alot of situations we see where brutality isn't warranted. This case though the cops should have the green light.
