Snoop Dogg or Ice Cube

Cube easily. Considering he wrote some of Easy's and Dre's lyrics on "Straight Outta Compton" and combined with his own lyrics on that album.

Plus his first four albums were legit, Lethal Injection was mad slept on.

After the movie career blew up with "Friday", it seems like he never took it seriously after that.

Snoop in his prime was a nastier lyricist but Cube was more consistent over a longer period of time.

I'm a say Cube cuz his first 3 albums are classics. Snoop came out with Doggystyle but I didn't like any of his other albums until Da Last Meal. Snoops flow was nasty but Cube's passion and subject matter was always great. Imagine if Cube had Dre's 90's production.

Cube for a good project top to bottom

Snoop if you want hits.

Overall I'd go with Snoop strictly off the hits.

I don't remember the last complete Snoop album I was invested in. I still enjoy Laugh Now Cry Later and Raw Footage. Cube wins.

Snoop got the versatility on lock...gift and a curse though because he's made some questionable music

Cube...idk, if Cube were to drop now..it'd be more of a nostalgia thing than anything, it'd be hard for him to connect.

"Today Was A Good Day" = "Nothing But A G Thang"

Snoop has more hits I guess

Cube maintained his style

Snoop.

7 days of funk by Snoop/Dam Funk is in heavy rotation in the whip...
Malice in Wonderland, Blue Carpet Treatment, R and G are heavily looked over.
Plus the songs he's been dropping with Dogg Pound, The Eastsidez/Warzone are some real og westcoast ****..
I say Snoop by a slight margin..

Drop it like its hot, beautiful & sexual eruption automatically make snoop better

Longevity over everything
the thing about that is i would consider those 3 songs some of snoops weakest singles.i know "drop it like its hot" charted well but "gin and juice", "whats my name",  "murder was the case" sonically are much stronger songs. but with all that said ICE CUBE all day!

213>>>>>>westside connection

213 had warren g who is maybe one of the weakest successful weast coast rappers of all time. WSCG>213 without a doubt. BOW DOWN, GANGSTA NATION

I'm glad someone corrected that  I'm fans of both groups, but it's WSC >>>> 213 by a landslide

Man I was saying this yesterday when I was watching the movie "The Show" for the 1st time in years. Like how the hell did dude sell so many records? Off the strength of Regulators?

i would say because the over all sound of his music is good. all the people he works with brings the quality of his songs up, dr. dre affiliation, and like you said regulators. jumpin on that michael mcdonald did wonders for him. i still bump him from time to time. but at the same time he gave us...

"whats next, whats next, whats N,X,E,T" funny thing is they decided to leave it like that. and gotta love the "run away , get away, come again" or what ever it is

Cube, easily. It's actually a slap in the face for him to even be compared to Snoop.

Two different styles when you compare them individually despite them meshing well together when they collar.

Cube never really fell off hard. Snoop at some point did but has that longevity.
