3. WR

Dowling was supposed to be a project player I think. They wanted him to bulk up this year then get him on the field more next year. Then again, Christo Bilukidi was a project too apparently and they didn't give him much time.

Prefer to take another defensive player (assuming we don't parlay our first pick into multiple picks) along with the first round pick. The defense could be on the cusp of being serious with a good scheme and more impact on the DL and another pass rusher.
