Yeah, 90's Spiderman was pretty cool and I'm surprised to hear it be disliked by some. 

Props to those who mentioned 90's X-Men. 

 That TV Guide cartoon list is a joke

Spider-Man TAS was crap... its crappiness was a direct result of how incredibly awesome Batman TAS was. Batman was the last "kids cartoon" to have smoking characters and guns that fired bullets. Moms freaked out over "realistic depictions of violence" in Batman and this meant cartoons that came after were much more restricted in what they could present on screen. Spider-Man TAS didn't even allow the characters to throw punches... seriously not a single punch was thrown throughout the entire series. ....Then there's also the issue of Spider-Mans terrible writing and voice acting :lol:

it depends. Simpsons from 1989-2000 was some of the best stuff Ive seen. Just because its crap now doesn't erase its past.

And Family guy's first 2 seasons were some of the funniest new stuff. Much like the simpsons, it sucks now but it was genius at first

Yea lol. There are some...omissions. They had to be only mentioning American cartoons. No Recess? The Replacements was damn good also.
 
list is balls. King of the hill or futurama should be top 10 choices easily.

no dbz is a slap in the face, dbz introduced the entire western hemisphere to anime tv.

they're missing A LOT A LOT of quality.
 
This list is garbage. They left off some of the most popular Nickolodeon toons from the 90's: Rugrats, Hey Arnold, the Wild Thornberrys(who remembers this one?), Doug, Rocket Power, Rockos modern life, need I go on?

Also, props on that Recess mention above. That one was an awesome show.
