So, when a nike shoe is labeled "Premium", does it mean the quality is 3 times better?

I've noticed a few nike shoes have the 'Premium' label on the box and I just want know the significant difference between the premium pairs and the regular pairs? Is the materials better, which justify the higher price tag? Someone fill me in..

Marketing tactics to justify the price increase.

For example,

Kobe VI Regular retail was $130. Nike released Kobe VI Premium (Chaos and Rice) for $150 and when people asked they why the price increase they said because of the metallic paint used on the scales.

More recently they've been calling a lot of foamposites, "Air Foamposite One Premium" when in fact nothing has really changed except maybe prints being used instead.

Most of the time, premium tends to be more limited than regular releases (LeBron X What the MVP, KD VI What the KD)

Although that is not always true (that all will be more limited).
